Donna Schultz Portraits

To commission a portrait, please follow these simple steps.

Select four or five of your favorite color photos of the portrait subject. Several snapshots are needed to provide accuracy in eye, hair, or skin (or coat) color as well as the subject's particular personality and unique attitude. Pick one photograph that you would like to serve as the primary source of the portrait.
Review the portrait size, medium, and pricing options and select the size and medium (either oil or pastel) for the portrait you would like to commission.
Contact Donna Schultz Portraits by e-mail with your name and phone number as well as your desired portrait size and medium. Donna will respond either by e-mail or by phone within 5 business days to discuss the details of your portrait. You may send your selected photos by e-mail, or if you prefer to send print photos, Donna will provide an address in her first correspondence. All print photos will be returned with the completed portrait.
Upon receipt of your photos, Donna will call and discuss the details of the portrait.
To begin the work, a 50% deposit is required. Personal checks are accepted.
Your portrait will require at least 4–6 weeks to complete after your deposit is received.
A photo of the completed portrait will be sent to you by either e-mail or mail. After full payment is received, the portrait will be shipped to your desired recipient.
